GlobalMech’s process is built to support customers from RFQ through final delivery with one clear point of contact throughout the project. From the moment an inquiry is received, we help review project requirements, coordinate with suppliers, manage communication, follow production progress, and support final delivery so customers can move projects forward with less complexity and greater visibility.
The process begins when the customer submits an RFQ, ideally including PDF drawings, 3D CAD files, quantities, and project requirements. This helps establish a clear starting point for technical review, sourcing evaluation, and project planning.
After RFQ submission, GlobalMech reviews the available drawings, requirements, and overall project scope to identify key manufacturing needs, potential questions, and sourcing considerations. This early review helps improve clarity before the project moves forward.
Once project requirements are understood, GlobalMech coordinates with the appropriate supplier network based on process needs, material requirements, timing, and overall project fit. This allows customers to work through one U.S.-facing point of contact rather than managing multiple suppliers directly.
During production, GlobalMech remains involved in communication and follow-up to help keep the project on track. Our role is to support coordination, visibility, and execution as the project moves through manufacturing and any related assembly or finishing steps.
Before shipment, final checks and shipment preparation are coordinated to help ensure the project is ready to move forward. This may include verification, packaging coordination, labeling, or assembly-related review depending on project scope.
GlobalMech supports the final stage of the project through delivery coordination and shipment tracking. Our goal is to provide a smoother path from RFQ to arrival by keeping communication organized and helping customers stay informed through the delivery stage.
